F & B Fractional is a new division of the Company whose primary focus is on the acquisition by purchase of property and the sale of the property through a fractional ownership model. This unique approached allows fraction holders to own a % of the Property through a direct title to a Share.
There are 52 shares for each Company and each Company holds just one property making the claim to title simple and probable. Each share holder or fraction holder will also have the right to call a week of stay at the property the hold title to for every single share they hold.
A fraction folder may own more than one share at a time.
We are offering the following to property buyers :
- Title to a fraction of the property held via share
- Total management of the property
- Rental income for the time not taken as a stay
